A lot of you have told me that you haven't been able to sell Scrap. While I was able to sell Scrap on the first day of 3.16, I haven't attempted it since then until yesterday's stream, where I was unable to unload at any station. Since I couldn't sleep, I decided to sit at a terminal for an hour to test 6 refresh ticks. The results were...disappointing. Scrap is not working, again. Best as I can tell CIG added demand, but not a refresh rate for demand. So once it was full, there's nothing telling it to empty the commodity so it will buy more. I'm sorry.
