This is the Star Ocean Anamnesis Tier List for the current best characters. Featuring the best SS characters available in JP and even some already available in Global. Be sure to stick around until the end of the video for the March Giveaway Rules and February Giveaway Winner. This tier list is up to date right before the Attack On Titan Event. As far as Mikasa and Levi are concerned both are great damagers. I have seen them do a lot of damage in battle but have not done a full assessment on them. Just remember almost all characters in SOA are viable.
