Time - Complete the run in under 20 minutes. [For an F5 finish.]
Times Hit - Complete the run taking no more than 10 hits. [For an F5 finish.]
Exploration - Explore all rooms, including vaults. [But not breaches, if the breachstone isn't opened.]
Secrets - Find all secrets, including Enigma secrets.

All these runs were done in Intense Lethality, and were done unseeded. (Seed was not selected beforehand, ensuring unforeseeable randomness.)
