4New trick found by DrMeowington using camera glitch. Basically release the crouch key and pause the game the moment that the first-person view camera would start moving upwards for the stand-up motion. Then wait a few seconds for the camera to be low enough to shoot the plasma filters. Saves about 15 seconds compared to normal route.
