You can see another holographic appearance of Admiral Onasi in the beginning, where Disciple end conversation with him. We brought stolen vaporators back to Suulru, telling him the stoy about young Jedi thief (and made him feel compassion to her and all Jedi eventually) and then head to deal with dead salvager issue with Zherron. He wasn't convinced that the 'last will' I give him is original, but he turn claim to me anyways.
Afterwards, it seems that my dark side action triggered a cutscene where we could see again that cloaked Dark Lord form (who obviously lost out of his cords :) and also his female apprentice.
Followed by some wandering and screwing around Dantooine plains I get my way straight to kinrath cave which we might encounter as lot different than the first game. At first few steps inside I manage to found atmospheric sensors in one broken jar triggering Bao-Dur feedback (which also can bring influence points to him if you choose right dialog lines). Later on we had a talk with one seldom so kind mercenary who suppose to be inside the cave for scientific purposes. He told us something about stealth approach against kinrath attacks, but I didn't bother too much with that since I have a quest to cleanse cave of them.
Reaching the crystal hall there was triggered a dialog with Kreia about one crystal specific only for me and Revans trace that remained after his last presence in this place. Though, after I finish that talk we were attacked by dozen of kinraths. Still hasn't much changed from KotOR 1.
