We had to fix few things in order to strenghten Khoonda defence: repair turrets, place mines around building, heal wounded soldiers, repair battle droids, get new recruitment for miltia army (found 4 people around whole Dantooine). If you recruit Sullustan merchant in front of Khoonda he'll sell you thorium charges (very strong explosive device), because he didn't know where should put it while he's in fight. In the meantime I talked with Bao-Dur about his past and later on showed him all needed parts for lightsaber, so he can made me new one. There was also those stuck doors which I repaired and loot all items inside (probably no one will ever discover who was the thief).
With all that done the battle may begin.
