Time for the 3rd installment in the Rogue Squadron series,Rebel Strike! Released for the Gamecube in 2003,this was the final entry in the Rogue Squadron series. So let's get right to it! For this first stage,the Empire has sent a squadron to Yavin IV in retaliation of the first Death Star getting destroyed. Luke Skywalker and Wedge Antilles of Rogue Squadron have been sent to help out. The first objective is to destroy the transports attempting to give reinforcements to ground troops. Focus on the transports,but don't be afraid to take down a few TIE Fighters. Also,if you fly within the 4th Transport on the ground before you destroy it,you'll find the Advanced Shield Tech Upgrade within it. Once all the transports are gone,Imperial Shuttles will be flying in with drop boxes. Take 'em down before they drop their cargo if you can,otherwise you'll have to destroy some AT-ST's. Afterwards,you'll learn that the General is pinned down in the Rebel base,and needs assistance. This is where you'll have your first ground mission! Make your way through the base,gunning down Imperial Storm Troopers as you go along. Use their own guns if they drop them,and pick up Bacta tanks if you get low on HP. Find the General,and make your way to the hangar and take out any remaining enemies to end the mission. The group ends up pinned down by some AT-ST's,but Sarkli manages to save them!
