Star Wars: Winter Trench Run (Side By Side Comparison)

Star Wars: Winter Trench Run was created as a (nearly) shot-for-shot remake of the Death Star trench run in Star Wars: Episode IV: A New Hope. I watched through the first two runs - which were, crucially, music-less - and grabbed more or less the entirety of each, minus most cutaways to the Rebel control room and the Imperial control room, as well as removing Vader's lines. I cut them up and rearranged them into a single run that still made logical sense.
I then watched through my cut and wrote down every single shot, modifying it for how I was planning on shooting it. Here's a sample:

I then set out with my trusty GoPro Hero 3 Black and my Suction Cup Mount and recreated all of the shots. We shot Saturday and Sunday, with pickups on Monday because the passenger front shot didn't look right.
In the four days since it's been released, Winter Trench Run has enjoyed good viewership and great feedback.
And everybody - *everybody* - loves the shots of Ronon as the Rebel Control Room. Look for him imitating Leia in his last shot.
