The Green Tea AI mod drastically improves the standard AI in SC2. Most people with a lot of experience in vs AI would put the vanilla Elite AI at about Platinum or Diamond level. GTAI is definitely better, specifically with harassment, and would probably be around Diamond or Master's level on the ladder. Don't believe me?
