Zerg versus Protoss live gameplay in the StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void beta. In this game I play as the Zerg player and I go up against a Protoss on Coda LE.

The matchup has been evolving quite interestingly. It seems to me that most Protoss players are focused on an air based army in the late game and are using the early and mid game to sort of survive up the point that they are on three to four bases, and are pumping out Carriers.

For the most part Zerg seems to have the upperhand. There are a few timing attacks that Protoss players use that are able to catch you off guard, but with proper scouting you can counter all of those. The Zerg goal is usually to tech up fast, and counter the Protoss that tries to expand towards three and four bases.

My usual army composition currently consists of a lot of Zerglings, Hydralisks and Ultralisks. I've been trying to mix in pretty much every single Zerg unit, and literally all of them seem viable versus Protoss currently. It all depends on what the Protoss is going for.
