8Power Overwhelming has some interesting interactions as a mutator. It gives every enemy unit an energy bar, but because feedback works on a whitelist you can't turn this energy into a liability except for on enemies who would have the energy anyways. However, EMP works on all targets, which means if you successfully EMP everything then Amon can't cast his random spells. This isn't terribly reliable, but it can at least thin the spell storm.
Where it gets really interesting however, is with rank 3 Emperor's Shadows who get the effect of feedback applied to all the targets hit by their EMP. This actually does damage enemies who normally wouldn't have energy, allowing ghosts to do some impressive real damage to enemies just by throwing EMPs at them. Unfortunately, on Vermillion Problem enemies spawn with only 50 energy instead of 200 energy like on several other maps, so it's not quite so impressive as to do much killing. Lots of damage is dealt regardless however, and it's even dealt after the shield damage meaning that you can do a very nice chunk of damage to enemy protoss units.
