Stardew Valley 284 :: The Happy Junimo Show Theme
15Today, we get a nice surprise when we see Jas and Vincent in our farmhouse! Sam is finally done with his song for the Happy Junimo Show and has invited the children over for a sneak preview. Everyone in the audience loves the song, including Maxan! To thank us for our help, Sam gives us a cool furniture item!
Sam tells us that he will be going out today! We head into the cellar to check on the casks. Returning up to the ground floor, we find ourselves in Sam's room! Vincent says that he is really excited to hear Sam's song. We are quite excited ourselves as well!
Sam turns on the television! The song turns out to be a banger, and the children love it! Sam says that he had a lot of fun making the tunes as well, and gives us his boombox! Well, I guess Sam is more in touch with his inner child than most people.
Wow! What a great gift. We immediately place it down and try it out, but it seems to be broken! Hmm... Sam does not seem to notice anything. We bring the boombox outside and find that it finally works! How strange! We collect from our crab pots while listening to Sam's music again.
Heading into the mushroom cave, the song stops but we still have to continue with our farm chores! We pick up the jades before placing the boombox in the bedroom. At the animal pen, we experience a strange bug where we manage to walk on top of a fish pond with our horse!
After petting all the animals, we head into the farmhouse to pick up our infinity blade! We also think about using a different ring, but we decide to continue using our hot java ring. Teleporting to Ginger Island, we find Sam with his good friends at the island resort!
Our farmer looks worried as Sam describes his plans for his band! Maybe he should stick to children's music. We speak to the other villagers on the island, including Shane who isn't wearing any shoes! We head over to the island farm to check on it, and harvest some wild ginger!
Going back to the farmhouse, we pick up our mining gear, intending to go to the Skull Cavern! Instead, we teleport to Ginger Island on accident. Oops! After a short walk through the island, we return to the farm and use the correct teleport obelisk this time!
We do not have any quests to complete in the Skull Cavern today! We just want to look for some resources and slay some monsters. Perhaps we should have brought along our galaxy hammer, as the Crusader enchantment makes it easy to defend ourselves against the mummies and the ghosts!
Wow! We find a prismatic shard and a rabbit's foot on floor 21 from slaying serpents! On floor 22, we find a prehistoric floor and forage for a few fiddlehead ferns! On floor 33, we slay a large slime with some pink cakes inside its body! I wonder if anyone in town likes slimy cakes!
Without staircases, we manage to get down to level 40 before we have to return home! We use a warp totem that we had found in a crate! We keep the items that we had found in the mines before heading into the farmhouse to pass out on the wooden floor.
