0Finally springtime and the weather is nice. So were my dreams! Best of all, Robin finished my nursery.
So much to do in so little time, well, that's spring, being a bit rusty and all. So I do two days... and still haven't gotten it done.
Stardew Valley is a farm simulation role-playing game with an open end, developed by Eric Barone.
He programmed the game, wrote the story and dialogue, created all art assets as well as all sound effects and music.
Developing the game took four years, during which he updated progress on the game's development blog.
Besides farming, there is mining, fighting monsters and foraging and of course the interaction with the townsfolk.
The main goal for me is to restore the community centre and keep the Joja-company from exploiting it.
I play based on trial and error (and remembering what they were).
For me it's about having fun, not about scoring or making money or showing off how good I am at this game. In fact I'm not.
