Hey everyone it’s Rob and welcome back to Starfield Pulse the world’s number 1 Starfield Podcast. This is episode 7 for Monday August 27th, 2023.

It’s happened. We are less than a month away from the release of Starfield, and not just for the early access folks either. Everyone that has either purchased the game or is a game pass subscriber will have access in 30 days.
Speaking of Game Pass I’ve seen some advertisements lately that you do not even have to own a PC OR a console to play Starfield. That’s right. X cloud and Samsung TVs, but not just TVs I have an Odyssey G8 Ultrawide monitor that has the game pass app built in. Microsoft is really starting to flex that Xbox is not just a console. Xbox is a platform and they really do want you to play anywhere. We talked about this a bit before in a previous episode but Microsoft is leaning in to the cloud and i STRONGLY suspect we are going to find some bite size content in the game that leads to quick play sessions over the cloud when we are away from our main gaming rigs whether that’s a X, S, One, or PC.
For those that are watching I’m going to give you a sneak peak at a controller I just received from a company called Mega Modz. Look for a full video later this week but I designed it, they built it, and it looks sweet. I’ll have a link to their website in the comments below.
