Welcome to the first video in a three-part series diving into the new Ancestry options for the Starfinder 2e Playtest! Today, we'll be taking a look at the Android, Human, & Ysoki Ancestries, along with the Borai Versatile Heritage. We'll talk about their basic lore, general themes, mechanical niche, & examine the "Heritage" & "1st Level Ancestry" Feat options for each of these Ancestries - and talk about what they reveal in Paizo's design philosophy.
Part Two of this series, which should release in a couple of weeks, will cover the Vesk, Skittermanders, Pahtra, & Shirren.
Part Three of this series, which should follow a few weeks after that, will cover the Barathu, Kasathas, Lashunta, & the new Prismeni Versatile Heritage.
