I'm not sure if this is good, but this felt like the best way to do this. I really want water edge to gather the third wave though, it would make everything so much easier...

The attack of my valks doesn't really matter, most of the damage comes from the stage effect. Selune's ult in the second wave probably doesn't change anything.

The stage effect inflicts AoE damage around an enemy if you hit it 5 times while it is frozen. Freezing it again while it is still frozen won't work, so this effect has a 5 seconds cooldown in practice.
