This is another Fallout 4 (PS4/PS4PRO) settlement builds: STARLIGHT AREANOASIS. (Prenounced A-reen-o-A-ses)

The build is 13.3X the build limit on the PS4PRO. The build limit is about 30% higher on the PRO than it is the SLIM. It is around 17 - 20X the build limit on the slim

SO, let's explain the complex. The name AREANOASIS is a combination of Arena and Oasis. This is a kind of miniresort for welcome guests and current inhabitants.

Starlight features an Arena/Hotel building capable of hosting a 6 vs 6 Robot fight. Due to the size of the settlement, I could only get the game to do a 1 on 1 robot match. The Hotel/Arena has 40 inside spectating seats, as well as 8 suites containing 2 beds in each suite. The Rooftop suites(2 of them) are the higher end suites because they have their own dining area and bathrooms. They also enjoy rooftop views of the settlement.

Starlight features many amenities for visitors and residents. The main feature would be the original water pond that was found to have healing properties. Scientists sent to Starlight found that introducing an electromagnetic field in a certain pattern around the water increased it's healing and regenerative qualities. Great for after a long workout or fighting off Raiders and Gunners.

There is a moderate-sized restaurant that was built over-top of the original drive-thru. This area features covered outdoor dining, patio dining and enclosed dining. It also has a bar area, it's own kitchen and 2 Unisex washrooms,

There are 2 fusion cores on site. There is also 3 ground level water pumps. The power, water and food building holds these 3 key elements.

There is a workshop area that was built over top and stocked with all available workshops. It also includes storage.

There is a SPA/Fitness area containing 2 barbers, an eye-care specialist, a massage therapist, 3 hydroponic bathing units and a small gym with a Shake Bar.

On the same level of the Fitness room you can find the POWER ADVENTURES hosted by Voltron. Guests can rent all 6 Jet Power Armor Suits and go adventuring for the day with a few guides. They also have a chance to play laser tag as well with eachother.

There is a Medical Center as well capable of holding 6 patients at a time. The surgery area is on the top floor and is the only room in the entire complex capable pf being quarantined.

Another Voltron Power Rangers field office was built here. It houses 6 Elite Rangers in the main building and then support staff and residents on the wing buildings.

The final building is where you can find Thom the Trader and Club Energie.
