Well, I didn't mean for it to end with a population victory, but I guess I had the settings wrong for just a military one. Next time I'll set it better for sure. Sort of glad it's over though, as it was getting tiresome. I still like the game, but it does get repetitive, even with slightly different puzzles for some missions.
