Time loops and depression, so this game is right up my alley!
Quick summary of the game's plot:
We're on a RPG quest, and we're in the final dungeon. But we died fighting the final boss, and now Siffrin is stuck reliving the last leg of this journey, dying and coming back eternally... Watching their friends and companions dying eternally... Making sure they don't have to live with the existential horror of knowing they have a hopeless boss fight ahead of them... As a mercy for them? Or a mercy for you?
...Desperately trying to maintain some semblance of yourself. Desperately trying to pretend everything is ok.
Okay that got depressing quick, just writing that description. This stream covers my first full loop... (Well, 3 loops in all, eheh, you can reset early before reaching the final boss, as I found out. But a true reset occurs when you reach the Final Boss...)
