This video goes over the settings I use in State of Decay 2. I previously had random crashes and a low FPS.

After alot of testing, I found using these setting, my game now runs smoothly with no random crashes and with a steady 80 to 100 FPS at 4K. (FPS is dependent on hardware you have)

I hope this video will help, for those experiencing the same issues.
