My buddy and I restarted his new base in Dread difficulty and are deciding to take it more cautiously compared to the other videos. More plague hearts, more infestations, and more threats that the game throws at you compared to his introductory easy difficulty game. Vehicles break down faster as you set the difficulty higher, and enclaves you meet in game have a greater chance of turning hostile early on so it's not only the zoms we have to worry about. As always, enjoy the carnage!
