Episode 21 - With the Plague Hearts done it on to the legacy which may prove extremely difficult as I have to somehow build a fighting gym level 2 with basically no materials lol
Rules

All weapons, items, & Rucksacks must be looted from destroyed Plague Hearts.
- No Scavenging ANYTHING
- No Buying ANYTHING
- No Radio Calls
- No Traders
- No DLC
- No Legacy Survivors
- No Red Talons
- 3 Random Survivors (NO CHERRY PICKING)
- No Recruiting Survivors (3 and DONE)
- No Legacy Boons
Exceptions
- Starting base will have
- Level 1 Infirmary.
- Level 1 Workshop.
- Level 1 Garden.
- Influence earned is only allowed to be used to purchase or upgrade outposts.
- Base facilities can be used to craft items and plague cures.
- Can do enclave missions for Influence and rewards
- Random items from community members going out on scavenge hunts can be used.
- Can Hire (NOT RECRUIT) enclave followers for influence.
- Can loot ONLY the Rare Weapon Cases.
