Today on Legacy of Lupin, we examine the third Lupin III TV special Steal Napoleon's Dictionary. Inspired partially by the ending of the Gulf War, Napoleon's Dictionary goes back to the basics as a Lupin story. With a large-scale car race and a treasure belonging to Lupin's ancestors, it has all the makings of a fun little adventure. Unfortunately, it's far too dull and uninteresting to be worth the watch. Let's explore why.
