Welcome to Tower of Guns, a roguelike FPS bullet hell beauty of game, created by Terrible Posture Games! Released in 2014, it's a strong start to this style of roguelike, especially the look and pace of the action. I do wish the gunplay were a little better but otherwise, I would highly recommend it. There's a certain amount of control despite the randomness of the upgrades and items.
