The new Decky Loader installer is so simple and easy to use.
Here is a quick video on how to install it.

Make sure your Steam Deck has done the following STEPS before you install the Decky Loader:

1. Steam OS is at stable update channel
2. Developer mode is enabled
3. CEF Remote Debugging is enabled under Developer mode.
