There are all sorts of issues doing a "bulk" scraping of dozens, hundreds or even THOUSANDS of games you've set up on your Steam Deck's EmuDeck microSD card.

In this video, we'll show you how to take your SD card out of your Deck, put it in Windows and use an amazing tool called SKRAPER - a fast, quality ROM media and metadata scraper. Problem is ...? It doesn't support ES-DE.

I've spent a long time coming up with some script tools and process to let you use it anyway. :)

The ES-DE team did a great video for a stand alone ES-DE install on Windows. But for Steam Deck users using EmuDeck? The process didn't quite work and needed some augmentation. I've created a default configuration for SKRAPER to save you a ton of time for set up. Then, I have scripts to move all the data generated to the right place. We tie it all together with some pretty simple file management.
