1I spent literally 5 seconds on Google and learned that many countries, such as the one this dingus game cam from, use commas as the radix character, indicating the decimal. It still begs the question as to why there isn't a single unified notation. It doesn't take much thought to see how international scientific cooperation while using different mathematical notation forms could easily lead to huge miscalculations. Americans use the metric system when sciencing, so I don't see why other countries can't period radix when mathing.
