Steam Link is about playing the PC games which are available on Steam, on android while you're on the comfort of couch or the bed, or just sitting on the chair.
What it requires is, a good Wi-Fi connection (PC and the phone both should be connected with same Wi-Fi network, however in this video, my PC is connected to the router via ethernet cable and my phone is connected with Wi-Fi, but still the setup worked),
A controller or gamepad (because my experience with touch controls was horrible),
and A android or iPhone with Steam link installed,
and you're good to go, just ENJOY THE PC GAMES ON ANDROID
