Host FTP server from Android| Share files wirelessly
5This video is about telling you, how you can host the FTP server from your Android device and share the files of the same to any other device that's connected to the same Wi-Fi network, and do all this wirelessly at very good speed.
In this video I have used two very famous File Manager applications for Android, File Manager plus and the solid explorer, and hosting the FTP server from these applications is very easy.
In File Manager plus (this is the File Manager application preferred by me as it has no ads experience yet now), you just need to launch the application then Tap on excess from network, then it will show you the address using which you will access the storage that is hosted by your device and below this there will be a button that will say start server, just tap on that! You can even set up the username and password if you want.
With the solid explorer, just launch the application and at the home screen there will be three parallel lines on the top left corner. Tap on it a sidebar menu will open, just scroll to the bottom and there will be an option for a FTP server tap on it and just start the server. And on top you will get the address using which you will access the storage which is shared by FTP server.
