Other than Bramble during February’s Steam Next Fest, this has to be the grimmest demo I’ve ever experienced during a digital expo. The part where it was revealed that this village of full of children takes part in a sacrificial ritual to adhere to their belief of reincarnation was more than enough to grab my attention.
