Stellar Blade - Playthrough - Part 2
2The past week’s been a bit of a ride in Stellar Blade. I’m still having some trouble getting into the groove with the combat as it feels clunky to me right now and not very flowing, which makes things a little frustrating in spots. The crane sections really tested my patience, especially with the awkward camera angles inside tighter buildings. It’s hard to dodge properly when you keep getting snagged on pillars or random bits of the environment.
I’m fine with dying a few times as I learn their patterns, that part I actually enjoy. The random QTEs that pop up during fights can be a bit annoying, but nothing deal-breaking (yet).
Despite the combat bumps, I’m still into the story and the world the game’s building. This session wrapped up the first major section and included a solid rematch at the statue with our earlier foe.
