The second Stellar Flare battle is called "Septenary Woe, Annihilation". You'll have to fight more Automaton Hounds, Searing Prowler machines, and human Vagrants. Beware that the Automaton Hounds can heal their allies, so get rid of them first. To make use of the special condition, trigger Skills and Ultimates as often as possible, and be sure to put Luocha on the team as a healer!

Trial character: Luocha
Special condition: When an ally uses their Skill or Ultimate, if their HP is 50% or higher, they consume 30% of their max HP to guarantee a critical hit on their next attack. This also increases all allies' attack power by 50% for two turns, with a maximum stack of eight.

The Honkai: Star Rail Stellar Flare event presents you with a total of eight difficult battles. If you make the right strategic decisions and manage to come out victorious, you'll receive a ton of Stellar Jade and upgrade materials.

Each Stellar Flare combat challenge is rewarded with Stellar Jade and a selection of level-up materials. While the exact rewards vary per challenge and difficulty level, here's an overview:

To complete it, visit the Master Control Zone on Herta’s Space Station and speak to Grumpy. Choose Initiate Stellar Flare on the laptop next to Grumpy to begin the first challenge.

Honkai: Star Rail Stellar Flare Event Overview
The Stellar Flare event consists of eight combat challenges. A new challenge is unlocked every day of the event for the first eight days.
Each challenge has three difficulties: Dwarf Star, Giant Star, and Supergiant Star. If you have a strong team, you can start with Giant Star and claim the rewards for both Dwarf Star and Giant Star upon victory. However, you always need to complete Giant Star difficulty before you can try Supergiant Star.
The difficulty levels scale with your Trailblaze Level at the start of the event. If your level increases during the event, the difficulty will stay the same.
Every challenge has special conditions. For example, your ally may fully regenerate energy upon inflicting Weakness Break. You can see the special conditions at the top of the screen in the combat preparation menu.
Every challenge offers a trial character, who are typically quite strong.
