Stellaris is a Sci-Fi grand strategy game set 200 years into the future. It is developed by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive.
Well known for the Crusader Kings, Hearts of Iron, and the Europa Universalis series of grand strategy games, comes Stellaris, an evolution of the grand strategy 4X (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit and eXterminate) genre with galaxy exploration as its core premise. As with all grand strategy games from Paradox, Stellaris features a large number of mechanics and systems, which can feel overwhelming for those new to Paradox games or grand strategy in general. The hope is that this series helps to take you to the next level from Normal to Hard, which from personal experience can be difficult.
