So i read some complains that in Stellaris you just chase all the time after uncatchable enemies. That may be true if you dont use the tool the game is offering, and that tool is space station with snare module. It will suck up enemy to its position from FTL.

1- In Duwix system the enemy got sucked to the station 8k fleet.
2- In nearby Cyban is the local reinforcement point, covering systems all around within a radius. The fleets are waiting outside the gravity well to be able to jump ASAP,
3- The station was placed in such a manner that the reinforcing fleet will land nearby it to reach it as fast as possible (in fact here it wasnt that precise but it was good enough)
3- The fleet arrives from Cyban and catches the enemy , tough its seconds to late to save the station.
4- Nevertheless the enemy fleet is wiped out and i construct a replacement station in a nearer point to warp in from Cyban,
5- Reinforcing fleets warp back to Cyban to be rdy for next emergencies.
