2NEW EVIDENCE REGARDING STEVE AVERY EDTA TEST DONE DURING HIS TRIAL
1.Reliabililty of the test stated by medical group in 2016 vs the 100 certainty testified at trial against him is new evidence
2. The illegality of FBI being the one who developed the test and used it with no fda approval of laboratory tests that is required.
3. The statements of false results in the article by medical group of this type of testing.
4. Other possible new evidence issues that this new documentary is not covering.
5. WHY his current lawyer did or did not get independent testing of the EDTA which is common for defense to do their own independent testing or use of expert witnesses etc.
6. The letter of confession by the person who accused Avery of confessing, later confessed with great detail of the confession, while criminally trying to extort reward money for his confession, the letter can be used with professional handwriting expert witness to having no deception present thus prove is in fact a true confession.
7. If an expert witness determines his confession is not true, then the Bobby Dassey witness of seeing him being the one who pushed the car to the salvage yard, and he had access to the property and burn barrels and would be consistent also why there is also fragments of her remains next door in those burn barrels. To analyze the witness against Bobby Dassey statement by expert handwriting analysis for deception or truth could also be used as new evidence, and or also rule out one or both of these other suspects.
