Stock Footage - White Noise with a Raster Scan Fault (VP9 @60fps)
5I would rather die to obtain the fancy VP9 cdec, but sadly here on my location, YouTube acts like such a dork to limit my videos to the crappy AVC1/H.264 codec.I had put some Transform/Distort and color grading (Brightness/Contrast) processing to make up the dots distinguishable alongside some Horizontal (Barely visibe) + Vertical Hold artifacts. Entire audio is made up with Audacity. Whatsoever, I had to push my tiny Intel Pentium 2020M processor to its limits while exporting this but my previous uploading attempt was rejected... Eventually, this time I achieved the VP9 codec. Huge thanks for all the online forums which are dedicated to #HowToVP9 thoughts!
