This series features a complete beginner's guide to Stoneshard, which I started in 2022 and am continuing into 2023. I am now starting the guide over to explain how to play a new character, so if you want the basics of the game--go to the beginning of the playlist! (linked below). Episodes 1-8 feature Arna the Knight. In episodes 9-10, we play a Sorceress! Starting at Episode 11, we are playing a Ranger!

Stoneshard is a fantastic open-world roguelike fantasy RPG with involved survival and injury mechanics. The game has a very punishing difficulty curve and with this guide I intend to help you start a new character and build up enough to complete the early quests, get a strong character, and move onto the next town. This is aimed at brand new players or returning Stoneshard players, as much has changed since it's first release in early access. It will be a multi-episode series as I thoroughly explain all aspects of the game and my decision making as I start from the very beginning make progress with our character.
