I've gone through the video carefully, and written down each of the letters as they correspond to their numbered notes. Here's what I've come up with:

6: K
7: S
8: N
9: A

I've got no idea what that might mean. I assume it's an anagram, but without a key to arrange it, I'm at a loss. Any ideas?
