Hello! So, this will be the last review for a couple weeks. I won't be able to make much review content but you can catch what I'm up to by following me on Insta! Anyway, today we're talking about Sweet and Sour Widow live resin by GOAT Extracts.

Sweet and Sour Widow is a cross of White Widow and an unnamed Sativa strain. It is often a 1:1 THC:CBD Indica leaning hybrid. This batch is testing at a total Cannabinoid of 90.5% with less than 1% d-9 THC, 51.52% THCa, making the total THC 53.95%. And the CBD is at 29% with no CBDa making the total CBD 29%. No other Cannabinoids tested on the COA are present and no Terpene testing information was recorded. However, Leafly suggests the Strain is high in b-Myrcene, Limonene, and b-Caryophyllene. Also, the ingredients list THCa Diamonds and Cannabis Derived Terpenes. I know they have a diamonds and sauce product, so I thought the thing just labeled as a live resin would be more like between a badder and live sugar but when I opened it the first time it was literally a solid chunk on the bottom of the jar. Quite dry.

As far as the smell goes, it has a very sweet, herbal, and musky scent with some underlying minty notes. The flavor comes across quite similarly aside from a familiar flavor from other "diamond" or isolate products. It tastes almost like Vaseline smells to me. One of the reasons I don't particularly go for those products. Something about crystalline THCa takes on a very chemically flavor that I do not like. Otherwise, the flavor was pleasant. I would definitely enjoy this as a badder or something, as long as that flavor I described doesn't follow along.

As far as the effects go, it was honestly very nice. I found it to be lightly uplifting and clear with a nice and chilled out body high. Worked well for all day use. I found the included CBD helped with inflammation and pain but also curved some of the more negative aspects of the THC. It's what brings that clarity to the high. Taking away the brain fog and anxious feelings. However, I did find the head high was still quite uplifting and a little spacey. I found this strain to work well as a general use strain, providing relief from all forms of pain and muscle spasms, lightening and lifting mood which could help many with mental health issues, along with potentially working as a sleep aid for some. And as far as appetite goes, I didn't personally notice one way or another.

So, all in all, not a terrible experience. Next time I'll look out specifically for a badder or something that's not an isolate product. But aside from that, I enjoyed it. It worked very well for most of what I need and for $40 I couldn't complain. Thanks for reading along! I'll be back to reviews in a couple weeks but I'm sure I'll post from vacation a few times on Insta.
