Strangeland is the newest Point & Click Adventure by Wormwood Studios who are quite known for their spoopy adventure games but this is my first turn on the rodeo which is a fitting metaphor as you’ll soon find out. We play as yet another rude male protagonist who tries to solve the mystery of why he ended up in some circus inspired limbo and why a “golden-haired” lady (his words, not mine) continuously kills herself.

This game might look like a bleary, depressing sack of sadness but it’s actually a pretty fun ride with challenging but not impossible puzzles, interesting characters and absolutely fantastic voice work. Seriously, everyone is amazing and some are so good that I might have developed a crush on a furnace (you read that right).
