Street Fighter 6 Needs Cross Progression — Capcom, It’s Time!
Capcom asks us to link our PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam accounts to a Capcom ID for Street Fighter 6—but where's the cross save or cross progression? In 2025, this should be standard.
In this video, I break down why cross save and cross progression are more than just nice features—they're essential for modern gaming. I look at how other titles do it right, giving players true flexibility, value, and ownership of their progress across platforms.
If other games let you keep your skins, unlocks, and even your full save file between PC and console, why can’t Street Fighter 6? Especially when Capcom already has the infrastructure set up with a unified ID system.
If developers want us to link accounts, they need to give us something in return.
