Part 2 of this collab brings Chun-Li!
She is similar to Ryu since she has some of the same skills but she is dual wield instead. I think she will be a decent unit but not a meta unit at all.
This LR ark has some interesting skills but probably won't get used much so it isn't worth chasing for. If you don't have the Maylymare UR ark which has the dog eat dog skill then this LR ark will have more value.
So far, I still think it's best to save for part 3 since part 1 and part 2 don't have super powerful/meta units or arks.
