I can play with randoms without lag but I can't play people nearby since the last patch, we could play before the last "netcode adjustment".

Why 1 bar? We live in the same town and we are going online through cable connection. No wi-fi, no background download.

BTW we can play other fighting games online with full bar connection and no issues; USF4, Garou, Samurai Shodown V Special, KOF 98 UM, Guilty Gear XX AC+, Killer Instinct, SF 30th Anniversary Collection, you name it, everything works except SFV lol.
