After dealing with the annoying Neo. X or Robot X, we find ourselves on an elevator going up to the highest part of the building, we're so close to Mr. X I can almost taste it, but first we gotta go through all these bad guys who keep dropping in on us, once we're done with all of them we go inside the building. Once inside we have to deal with another bunch of bad-guys, this is different from the original cause in the original Streets of Rage, after dealing with the enemies on the elevator, we go straight to Stage 8, but instead we're fighting inside the Syndicate's HQ.
The boss surprised me the most, we face "Max Man" himself, Mr. X's right hand man Shiva! O.O But we take care of him without too much trouble, with him outta the way, Mr. X is up ahead, lets go for it and make him pay!
