Stress Relief for INFJ and INTJ
All of us get stressed out from time to time - sometimes stress relief though is a matter of giving our dominant function a rest. So for INFJ and INTJ personality types, connecting to extraverted sensing (Se) and giving introverted iNtuition (Ni) a rest.
How do you do that? In this video I listed a short series of awareness-exercises to help with stress relief for infj and intj specifically by tapping into extraverted sensing.
