This is a special path just after fighting CFW Magic in chapter 5 (part 32 of this walkthrough), to trigger it you need:

1 - Before end of chapter 3, you must see all the events related to the sword, there are 3, leanbox, lastation and lowee and you need around 6-10% shares to get them. They appear as events as they are characters with no face or name xD. The one in lowee talks about the deity of sin, in lastation is something about sword and in leanbox a guy asks if neptune is willing to sacrifice herself or something like that

2 - Planeptune shares at least 55%

3 - Have Noire, Vert and Blanc in party (they join at 50% shares with their nation)

Its possible to get all endings in a single playthrough and branching from a save in chapter 5 just before CFW Magic, i am lazy and i am not sure if there is demand for that or if a guide already exists but feel free to ask if you want more details
