My solve of "Rut Buster" by Polycarp, a sudoku using the Killer, Arrow, Ratio and V constraints.

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply
- Within cages, digits must sum to the number given in the top left corner of the cage. Digits can not repeat within cages.
- The digits in the circles are the sum of the digits along their respective arrows. Digits may repeat along the arrows.
- Black dots between cells indicate those cells have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
- Vs between cells indicate those cells must sum to 5. Not all Vs are given.
