My solve of "Meiosis" by Memeristor, a sudoku using a variant of the Arrow Constraint.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on arrows sum to the digit in their circled cell.
- Digits MUST repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.
In other words, arrows which can have repeated digits must have as many repeated digits as possible.
