Some macros I use for farming in general:

Teleport to/from Proving Grounds: /run LFGTeleport(IsInLFGDungeon())

Barrage macro (works better than without):

Press greed macro:

/run RollOnLoot(GroupLootFrame2.rollID, 2)
/run RollOnLoot(GroupLootFrame3.rollID, 2)
/run RollOnLoot(GroupLootFrame4.rollID, 2)
/click StaticPopup1Button1

Press disenchant macro (careful when using. roll greed on items you want before pressing this):
