Stuff I Like: My Top 5 Google Chrome Extensions
In this video I explain why these 5 Google Chrome extensions are my favorites. Here's the list:
1) Save to Google Drive: I love this one because it makes saving so many of my old posts and articles so easy. You simply click and it will save a PNG file of the page you are looking at to your Drive. Great for archiving old form haunts! 2) Google Voice: I have been using this to text message my family and friends so much that it has basically replaced my phone. I don't call much, but it works well for that also. 3) LastPass: This is a fantastic password manager and saver. I use so many different passwords for so many different websites and browser-based games that I simply had to get this. Just be sure to make a SECURE master password! Link: https://lastpass.com/
4) Tweetdeck: A great, free Twitter client. Works great for those of us with eyeballs that just aren't what they used to be! Link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tweetdeck/hbdpomandigafcibbmofojjchbcdagbl?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon
5) Google Cast: The extension that you will use with your Chromecast. With one click you can show the webpage or tab that you are looking at. A little laggy on the Samsung Chromebook, but otherwise works awesomely. Link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-cast/boadgeojelhgndaghljhdicfkmllpafd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon
